IG Loyalty OS is operated by Japonica Heights Pty Ltd, registered in Australia. For anything in this policy, contact hello@igloyaltyos.com.
Only what you type into an enquiry form on this site:
This site uses the Meta Pixel, and only if you accept it. Nothing is loaded and no cookie is set unless you press Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. Decline and the pixel never runs.
If you accept, the pixel tells Meta that a browser visited a page here, so we can measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people and show ads to people who have visited before. It does not receive your name, email, or anything you typed into a form. There are no other analytics or tracking tools on this site.
To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together, nothing else. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, the lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing the address above, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did.
Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with any brand, partner, or advertiser. Two service providers process the data on our behalf purely as infrastructure: Netlify, which receives the form submission and hosts this site, Bird, which delivers the notification email, and Google Workspace, where that email is read. If you accepted the advertising cookie, Meta also processes your visit as described above.
Japonica Heights Pty Ltd is based in Australia, and the providers above operate servers in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the UK or EU, your information will therefore be transferred outside your country. It is handled under this policy wherever it sits.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Ask sooner and it goes sooner.
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being used, or ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@igloyaltyos.com and you will get a response within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or, if you are in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
